Thank you for your interest in vending at Life Is Living 2018. This is the 11th Annual Life is Living and we couldn't be more excited about the music, art, dance and community partners coming together to make this year's celebration the best so far!!

Drawing 5,000+ attendees, Life is Living fills up ALL of Lil Bobby Hutton (DeFermery) Park, with different areas focusing on different activities. As with every year, vendors are assigned where we believe you’ll have the most visibility with your target audience. To help us with this, please provide as much detail as you can in your vendor application.

The Nappy Beauty Zone is available for vendors and service providers that are selling products and items that are specifically geared toward natural hair, African inspired apparel & jewelry, beauty & spa services. There are a limited
number of spaces for this zone.

Food vendors are generally assigned along 18th Street, between Adeline and Poplar Streets.

GENERAL DETAILS:
Vending spaces are 10x10 square feet.
It is required that you bring your own tents, tables, chairs and signage for your vending site.
No amplified sound will be allowed at your vending site unless you have prior approval through the application process.
Food vendors are expected to provide full time operation (10a – 6pm)
LOAD IN: 8AM - 10AM CUTOFF
HOURS OF OPERATION 10AM - 6PM (food vendors required to operate the full time)
LOAD OUT 6PM-7PM
Specific vending space to be assigned after confirmation.

All vendors must have a valid sellers permit. Food vendors must have current health permit.

FEES:
Independent Vendor/Service Provider Booth: $150
Commercial Vendor Booth: $300
Food Vendor: $500
Youth Entrepreneur (must attend workshop for Fee Waiver - limited to 10 booths ages 18 and below)
Nonprofit Tabling: $50

Late Fee: $100 applied to confirmed vendors who's application was received after September 21st, 2018
Day Of Fees are Doubled (Square reader on deck)
Cleaning deposit: $25 for vending spaces left unclean after load out

Please submit a completed application no later than September 21, 2018. Submitting this application does not confirm your booth space. Once we have received your vending application, including seller’s permit, you will be sent an email confirmation and payment instructions.
