Thank you for your interest in the Westerville Parks and Recreation Counselor in Training (CIT) program (formerly Junior Leader.)

The purpose of the program is to provide young adults the opportunity to gain work experience, develop marketable skills, enjoy recreational activities and learn the importance of volunteer service by providing assistance in the organization and implementation of a summer day camp. Please submit your completed application by Friday, April 17th.
