Thank you for your interest in presenting at a Maine ATD Chapter event.
Our overarching theme this year is
Thriving in the New Normal. The pandemic changed many of the ways we work, and as the world adjusts to post-pandemic conditions, the talent development (TD) function within organizations is adjusting, too. This year's programs, workshops, and events are designed to help TD professionals not just
adapt to the new normal, but
thrive. Because when talent development thrives, our organizations and our team members thrive, too.
