Application for Supporting Wellbeing Training
The Supporting Wellbeing training is 27 hours (not including breaks or land-based activities). The training is designed for people who have some level of experience planning and delivering on the land programs, but who have little-to-no formal or clinical training in mental health support. Learners will be introduced to several topics to consider when planning and delivering trauma-informed on the land programs, including:

• Creating Community
• Setting Up Camp For Wellbeing
• Intergenerational Trauma—Moving Beyond to Resiliency
• Conflict Resolution & Communication Skills
• Suicide Intervention & Life Promotion
• Supporting Wellbeing When The Program Ends

Supporting Wellbeing has funding to deliver four free trainings a year, but we can also deliver this training to organizations who want to pay for it.

We prioritize partnerships that 1) have the capacity to co-coordinate the training, 2) deliver the training on the land and/or include land-based activities, and 3) are in communities and regions where we haven't delivered the training.

To learn more about what Supporting Wellbeing can provide and what we need from our partners, please read our Partnership Agreement.
