   Fire Starters. (Extra Large may be available upon    
   request - limited availability)

> Food Prep Gloves
> Paper Towels
> Clorox Wipes

As a COOK TEAM, you agree to provide the following: 
1. Cook Team to set-up between 7am-10:30am
2. Bite-sized food samples for guests between 11a-3p
   (Ticket head count will be given 3 weeks, 2 weeks and 
   1 week prior to event)
   (Event will be capped at 250 tickets)
3. Ingredients to cook
4. Grilling Expertise
5. Other grilling/cooking items you prefer/require:
     Grilling utensils, knives, promotional materials, etc.
6. All Big Green Eggs must be shut down by 2pm sharp! 
7. Cook Team must stay until 3:00pm

As a NJ EggFest Cook, you can prepare anything you’d like to serve! We’ll have the lighting of the Eggs Saturday morning and you may prepare proteins, sauces etc. ahead of time. EggChefs should be prepared to provide a minimum of 100-150 bite sized samples to our tasters. Final head counts will be relayed to all EGGChefs at the 3 week mark, 2 weeks mark, and 1 week mark.

Long Cooks: Cooks who want to cook briskets, pork shoulders or other long cooks that can’t be accomplished between the lighting of the Eggs and 11am may choose to start their cooks on their Eggs at home, as long as they adhere to the following guidelines:

Items must be finished on a Big Green Egg at The Buxton Complex's NJ EggFest. Cooks must follow food safety guidelines and ensure that the protein temperature has not been between 41-135 degrees for more than four hours. The internal temperature must reach between 145 degrees whole or 155 degrees if injected. 

You are providing bite sized samples — you are not expected to provide a meal. Of course, more is fine and you are encouraged to show off your Big Green Egg cooking skills!

AFTER-PARTY........Saturday Night, April 27th (After 5pm) Come hang out and relax with the other cook teams (Location TBD) Food and Drinks on your own!  *
