What to expect from the Hackfest
  • You will work in a group of 5–10 people on a challenge set by one of our industry partners.
  • You or your team will be assigned a challenge and team members, so get ready to dive in and make magic happen!
  • We've got a whole host of challenges lined up in the circular environment domain!
  • The challenges will test your skills in a whole range of areas, from design and software to business and hardware, and everything in between!
  • The best part is that there will be several teams working on the same challenge!
  • We can't wait to see the winning teams present their amazing ideas and prototypes during the HACK'NTALK by XPLORE event on Friday the 11th October!
When and where
  • The Hackfest is happening from Monday 7th October to Friday 11th October in the MakerSpace at Munich Urban Colab (Freddie-Mercury-Straße 5, 80797 München) between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. 
    We'll be sharing the official agenda very soon.
  • The fun begins on Monday, 07.10 at 08:30 am in the MakerSpace at Munich Urban Colab!
  • Don't miss out! Registration for the hackfest ends on 30 September 2024.

  • Just a quick note to say that your presence is mandatory throughout the event. We really hope you can make it for as long as your team needs your input! You are free to agree the exact times within your team.
  • Just a heads-up: you can't swap teams or challenges.
  • We'd love for you to join us for this amazing event! All you need is a MakerSpace membership.
  • We highly recommend applying for a MakerSpace membership by 23/09 if you do not already have one.
