A limited number of Early-Bird Packages are available on a first-come first-served basis. Participants wishing to avail themselves of this Package are requested to complete this booking form and submit it. The Early-Bird Package will be available until all such Packages on offer last or until the 28th of February 2019, whichever is the earliest.

Unless otherwise indicated, all the prices shown in Sections A and B include the following items/services:
• the Conference Registration Fee and Conference Pack;
• the Conference Dinner for the Participant;
• the Conference Outing (including the entrance tickets to the two main attractions) for the Participant;
• the Welcome Reception for the Participant and any Accompanying Person.

A limited number of students will be supported and can apply for the Special Students' Rate (as shown in Section B). When applying for this special rate, please do not pay before receiving approval from the Organizing Committee that your application has been accepted. Acceptance is on a first-come first-served basis.
