At Project Arts Centre we are having an ongoing conversation with people who have a lived experience of disability, and/or chronic illness, as we try to improve access throughout all areas of the organisation. 

The Big Blue Badge is a personalised access pass and booking system that we are aiming to pilot in 2023. Any of the information you provide through this form, can be changed at any time. If you need assistance filling in this form, please contact cathy@projectartscentre.ie or contact box office on 01 881 9613 to request a callback.

Once we have gathered your information, you will receive a notification through your chosen mode of contact, along with the details of our access phone, so that you can text, call or leave Whatsapp voice notes for our team going forward.
