The Rio Grande County Board of Health, in partnership with the Public Health Department and the Building Department, is updating its Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Regulation 43 to align with recent revisions adopted by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE).
