Registration for Java & Juice Boxes at Peace Lutheran
Welcome to Java & Juice Boxes at Peace Lutheran! We are so happy you're here. All families please use this form to register your child(ren) for our 2026 February-April spring session. Payment for this program is $5 per class per family. You can bring cash or check to pay when you come to class. If you prepay for all five classes at the first session, you will receive one session free, so your total would be $20 for the session.
