Join the St. Joseph County Health Department as they deliver a health education presentation on hypertension (high blood pressure). They will discuss what hypertension is, how to avoid it, and what to do if you have it.
Presentations will be held every month, free and in Spanish. We ask that you register using this form or by calling 574-233-2120 during our business hours.
