This application is only for schools that did not operate the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP) in school year 2019-2020.

One application must be completed for each school applying to operate the program. So for example, if you are applying for three new schools for the FFVP, then you should submit three applications.

Once you have completed all online applications, you will need to print out Signature Pages and have them signed by the Superintendent, Principal(s), and Food Service Manager(s).
