PAKOC Class Registration Form
This is the registration form for the upcoming Prince Albert Kennel & Obedience Club classes. Please select the class you are interested in, and fill in the required information. Upon receipt of your form a volunteer club member will be in touch to confirm your registration, and to request vaccine records and payment, both of which must be sent by email. Registration is not guaranteed until vaccine records and payment are received.

Puppy Class is for puppies six months and under on the first day of Class.
Manners Class is for dogs six months and older on the first day of Class.

* Masks are mandatory at all times while in Class and in the Club facility, regardless of any changes in policy by Saskatchewan Health Authority.

* Only one handler is permitted in class per dog.

* Handlers must be 18 years of age or older.

* Unfortunately no refunds will be issued unless 48 hours notice prior to the start of the classes is provided.
