Outpost Commitments
If accepted, I understand that I am responsible for my lease, which runs from September 1, 2018 – August 31, 2019 *
If accepted, I understand that my rent will 'likely' range from $280/mo - $380/mo depending on the number of tenants. *
The Outpost will house four or five tenants. Obviously, the more tenants, the lower the price and vice-versa. **Rent can increase if there are more city taxes, cost-of-living, etc but it is most likely that it will not go above the $380/mo amount. This amount does not include utilities or community food, etc.
If accepted, I will be able to participate fully in weekly Outpost house meetings. *
If accepted, I understand that I will be expected to participate in weekly house chores as well as normal day-to-day house upkeep. *
