Our Coaching Programs:

~ Career Vision: Current WWIN Star Scholars may access two coaching sessions to develop career readiness or explore career pathways.
~ Career Launch: WWIN alumnae or current Scholars who are within one year of graduation may access six coaching sessions to develop career readiness and skills to attain and be successful at a living-wage career. This grant may be renewed up to two times, or up to 18 sessions total.

What is coaching?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential." Please note that this is different than counseling* or mentoring, both of which can also be incredibly important and valuable in their own ways. Coaching is short-term, structured, future-focused, and goal-driven and can help guide a person towards identifying their own goals, values, and answers.
