Germinate 2025 Summer Speaker Application
Thank you for your interest in being a speaker for the Germinate Virtual Conference. The application has a rolling-application acceptance, but please complete the application no later than January 31st to be a speaker at Germinate 2025. You will be notified about selections no later than February 15, 2025, but may be as early as October 15th, 2024.

All Germinate sessions are expected to be 15-20 minutes of recorded video & slides, and include at least three takeaway items (PDF, PPT, lesson plan etc.). If accepted, our expectation is that you will record on your own session, put together a takeaway document and send both of them by the deadline for the G&G Team to approve. Once approved, you are DONE! Sessions will be due March 31st, 2025, but we encourage you to complete it as early as necessary to fit your schedule. 

GERMINATE 2025 Summer is July 1-3, 2025.

ALL speakers will receive free all-access to the conference on July 1-3, 2025. In addition to conference registration, speakers will be compensated $150 dollars. Speakers can choose to be paid the $150 directly or they can choose to donate the $150 to the G&G Scholarship Fund.

This is a competitive selection process. Please be as thorough as possible on the application so the selection committee can make an educated decision.

We want speakers (doesn't matter your age, state, background etc.) that are PASSIONATE about helping the next generation of agriculture teachers THRIVE while they navigate this wonderful career path.
