Volunteers are needed Sunday January 25th, 2026 for the 9th Annual Mile Hi Snowmobile Club Veterans Ride sponsored by the Mile Hi Snowmobile Club & G-Force Motorsports.

We need LOTS of volunteers to make this day run smoothly!  There are A LOT of moving parts to the day so we ask that volunteers be patient, flexible and willing to help wherever needed.

Some volunteers will need to be at On The Trail Rentals possibly as early as 6:00am and ALL will need to be there no later than 7:30am on Sunday January 25th, 2026.

There will be food after the ride at On the Trail Rentals.

6:00am - 7:30am: Clubhouse Set up (4-6 people)

6:30am-9am: Volunteer Check-In table (2 people)

6:30am- 8:15am: Truck & Trailer Parking Attendants (3-4 people)

6:30am - 7:30am -Outdoor set-up (signage, tents, heaters, snacks, water)(2 people)

6:30am - 9:00am: Sled unloading, tagging, and organizing into correct groups (6 people)

7am- 8:30am: Parking Attendants (3-4 people)

7:30am-9:00am: Veteran Greeters at front entrance (2 people)(OR Station 1: Completing waiver forms)

7:30am - 9:30am: Veteran Registration & Gear check out (5-8 people)

8:00am - 9:30am: Veteran Assist/Liaison - Exit Door (2 people)

8am - 3pm: Ride Leaders (MUST know Grand Lake trail system incredibly well) (13 people)

8:30am-3pm: Ride Sweep (responsible to keep all accounted for!) (13 people)

8:30am - 3pm: Ride Mid (check in with riders, take photos, swap with sweep) (13 people)

9am - 3pm: Course safety /sweeps: Ride trails to assist when needed (4-6 people)

Noon-5pm: Rider Sled return (check for damage, tag sled when cleared, move to lot) (8?)

Noon-4pm: Rider Check-out in Clubhouse (return gear, complete survey) 3 people

Noon - 4pm: Volunteer Check-out (Riders return safety vests, flags, armbands)

4-6pm: Final clean-up (ensure everything is cleaned up & packed up)

If you sign up for a duty that requires a snowmobile, you MUST have one. Please tell us the YEAR, MAKE & MODEL OF YOUR SLED.
