ABOUT NURDLE HUNT
What in the world is a Nurdle? Nurdles are small plastic pellets used in the manufacturing of plastic products. Due to spills and mishandling, they often end up in the ocean, causing harm to marine life.

NYUAD Community Outreach invites you to this Spring’s Great Nurdle Hunt to connect with the wider community and learn about our local environment. The Great Nurdle Hunt is a fun and educational event where volunteers will participate in teams and collect nurdles from the Saadiyat beach, while learning about the impact of plastic pollution on our environment.
