PrideFest Milwaukee 2020 Health and Wellness vendor application
Registration forms are due by Sunday, April 26, 2020. Spaces in the Health and Wellness area at PrideFest are extremely limited, non-guaranteed, and priority will be given to LGBTQ+ specific organizations.

PrideFest Milwaukee this year is June 4-7, 2020. The open hours for the H&W area will be Friday 3-9PM, Saturday 12-9PM, and Sunday 3-9PM (Please note, it is mandatory that someone from your organization is present at ALL TIMES and your organization is not able to leave until close and shut down of the Health & Wellness Area on Sunday at 9PM). Close out procedures will be communicated closer to the festival.

Participating organizations will be responsible for a *$100 non refundable deposit towards an approximate 10' x 10' space in the Health and Wellness area. Included in return, each participating organization will receive:
One (1) 10x10 space
One (1) 8ft- table and two (2) folding chairs (more available upon request for a fee)
Ten (10) single use admission tickets
Limited access to electrical outlets (BY REQUEST)—We will try our best to accommodate
Access to storage pod. (All items must be stored upon area closing each night.)
Coverage under PrideFest’s insurance policy (no additional coverage is requested- a $100 savings)

*this nominal fee goes towards the typical average cost of a vendor space, including tent, table, electric, area rental/cleanup, union fees, etc of $400 and up.

Additional tickets are available for purchase at a special rate of $8 per ticket. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CHECKS FOR ADDITIONAL TICKETS UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR A BOOTH IN THE HEALTH & WELLNESS AREA.

By completing and submitting this form your organization has pledged to make the Exercising Pride: PrideFest Health & Wellness area a success by participating in the following:
•Ensuring your booth has enough volunteers to work
Friday June 05, 3-9PM, Saturday, June 06, 12-9PM and Sunday, June 07, 3-9pm
•Booths should be set up by 1:00 pm on Friday, 10:30 Saturday & 1:30 Sunday.
•Having thoughtful and interactive activities at your booth
•Promoting the area through all means at your organization’s disposal (i.e., website, social media, newsletters, mailings, meetings and/or activities)
•Not allowing tobacco or alcohol to be consumed at the organization’s booth by volunteers, staff, or others representing the booth. This area is a NON SMOKING AREA.
•Must display self-provided organizational signage/banner at booth.
PrideFest Milwaukee, Milwaukee Pride, Inc, or Milwaukee World Festivals will not be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items from your vendor space.

PrideFest and its primary partners reserve the right to manage Exercising Pride: PrideFest Health & Wellness area in regards to placement of organizations, types of activities, number of tables, chairs and passes available to each organization, and any additional charges for special needs. This application is subject to approval and acceptance by the Exercising Pride: PrideFest Health & Wellness Planning Committee, Milwaukee Pride, Inc, Milwaukee World Festivals, Inc. and to availability. Since PrideFest Milwaukee 2020 takes place on property controlled by Milwaukee World Festivals, Inc. all rules and regulations of Milwaukee World Festivals apply to this agreement and are enforced.
