NACURH 2017 Delegate Application
Thank you for your interest in attending the NACURH (National Association of College and University Residence Halls) National Leadership Conference. This year's conference is hosted by Purdue University in Indianapolis, Indiana. The conference will begin May 26th and end 28th. We have two transportation options still being discussed. We will either fly out of the Tucson or Phoenix Airport on Thursday of May 25th or Friday of May 26th morning to Indiana, and fly back to either Tucson or Phoenix, AZ on the morning of May 29th, or fly each delegate out from their perspective geographic locations to Indiana on May 26th and fly all delegates back to their perspective geographic locations on the morning of May 29th. All delegates are expected to attend the conference for the entirety of this time. RHA covers the cost of travel, conference registration, conference housing, and meals.

All delegates are required to attend weekly NACURH Delegation Meetings in order to prepare for the conference, the days and time will be determined by everyone's availability (most likely they will take place on Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons). Preparation includes making a banner, display, costumes/spirit wear, and role call to show school spirit and unity. All delegates are also required to submit a program (50 minute presentation, facilitated discussion, or activity) and - if selected - present it at the conference. Presenting one presentation with another delegate is acceptable and encouraged.

There will be a word count maximum for all NACURH Delegate Application questions. Your answers should be as long as it takes to fully answer the question. Applications are due Monday, March 27th at 11:59pm. Late applications will NOT be considered.

Please contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns. You can email me or come to the RHA Office during my Office Hours.I am so excited that you are applying!
