Please complete this form to become a member of the Fundraising Association of Heritage Hills Elementary (FAHHE). All parents / legal guardians of students enrolled at Heritage Hills Elementary School are encouraged to become members of the FAHHE. Other interested persons may become FAHHE Community Members, subject to vested interest and bylaws, approved by the Association. There are no membership fees.

As a member of the FAHHE I have a right to:
- receive notice of, attend and speak at all meetings.
- serve on committees or chair fundraisers.
- stand for election as an Officer on the Executive.

I understand the rights and responsibilities of being a member of FAHHE as outlined in the bylaws. The fundraising association bylaws can be found on the school's website at www.heritagehillselementary.ca

The FAHHE is required to obtain this information annually under the Societies Act. All information collected will be used in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). For more information please contact the FAHHE president at fahhe.president@gmail.com
