Request to Speak Program Account Set-Up Form

The Request to Speak Program allows members of the public to make comments and give their position on bills being considered in Legislative Committees at the House and Senate. After you are registered for the Request to Speak program, the system will allow you to sign-up online to speak on or indicate your support or opposition for a bill that is scheduled for a Committee Hearing. By submitting the information below, an account can be created for you by Legislative Staff. Once your account is created, you will receive the “Request to Speak Manual” by email and you can comment on bills being heard in Committee through your online access.

    Note: Once your account is created, you will have the OPTION of identifying yourself as a registered voter. You will receive confirmation when your account is created and will be sent a generic password. Please update your password when you login.
