Volunteer Roles
We have various roles available for volunteers.
  • Set-up - assist with setting up the event before and during the event
  • Site Support - assist with general maintenance of the grounds
  • Security/Site Ambassadors - Help with various security needs, including parking guides and other functions
  • Clean up - keeping the site tidy
  • Dock - assisting with the paddlers on the dock, helping them in and out of the boats in a timely manner
  • Boat Holders - assisting with keeping the dragon boats at the dock while it is being loaded, unloaded
  • Marshalling - assist with moving dragon boat crews to the docks for loading into dragon boats
  • Volunteer support - assist with coordinating the volunteers
  • Tear Down - assist with taking down the event on Sunday from 3pm to 8pm
