Receive: -10 x 10 both space on site-Brewery/Bar listed with link on OrlandoBeerFestival.com-Brewery/Bar listed in Orlando Beer Festival event guide to be printed in Orlando Weekly issue the week of the event-Brewery/Bar listed in event guide given to all attendees-Brewery/Bar highlighted at least once in full page “Beer Pages” in Orlando Weekly, featuring different breweries, bars and beer events in Central Florida.
Beer vendors will provide:- 30-45 gallons of beer (may be over different varieties- 30 gallons total is minimum)- Jockey Box or Trash Cans to keep kegs cool, or coolers for bottles/ cans- Tent, tables, chairs, marketing materials & signage (everything required for booth set up)- Personnel to work serve during the event
*NOTE- all tents and display items must be secured and weighted down with sandbags. STAKING INTO THE GROUND IS NOT PERMITTED.
If your products are distributed in the Central Florida market, consult your distributor to determine which products will be served and who will fill out this registration form. If you do not have distribution in Central Florida, please fill out this form indicating if you are a brewery or rep.
Each participating vendor will be notified 3 weeks prior to the Festival to review the products that will be served. This notice will provide instructions necessary to access your form and edit/add information to the form.
