We will have a volunteer meeting via Zoom prior to the event. Volunteers will receive an email from us with full details.

Who are the Volunteers?

Volunteers will be responsible for assisting the Scoop Palm Springs team on site during the event in a variety of jobs. Our volunteers will be assigned jobs such as: greeting guests, guest check-in, guest directing, ticket scanning, wrist-banding, cashiering, assisting our vendors in their booth, making ice runs, and vendor load in/load-out.

We want responsible, knowledgeable and dedicated volunteers only. Being a self-starter is also a must!

At this time we are looking for volunteers that are 16+ only.

What you need to know!

Volunteers will be selected based on who will be the most responsible, knowledgeable and dedicated. We will also take your availability on this day into consideration.

Volunteers must check-in at 8 am with the Volunteer Manager. Volunteers will be scheduled from 8AM – 5PM and can be scheduled for the morning, afternoon, or full day shift.
