Turkeys from Open Spaces
GREETINGS to everyone!
And to many of you, welcome back! I'm excited to offer you turkeys from my home farm in the swamp on Iradell Road in Trumansburg. It's joy to move these lively dinosaurs in tandem with my laying hens and the new chicken breeding flock. It's a real bird paradise down here, and I can't wait to see where this swamp-orchard-silvopasture goes next.

Essential fact- Open Spaces turkeys are pastured with daily moves and are fed certified organic feed.

Turkeys will be butchered on November 2nd, and expected to be on the small size. 
I'm taking orders between 15-19#. If you wish a larger bird, please make a note of it and I will prioritize first orders.
Turkeys will be delivered frozen, which I prefer for food safety and transport reasons. This also allows us to process during nicer weather in early November rather than the tougher winds later in the month.

Turkeys are estimated in the 15 - 19# range
$7/lb
You can specify a size range preference when placing your order
A $30 Deposit is required to reserve your bird, info provided later in the form.

Turkey Order Acknowledgement: To make the multiple delivery options work, I have unstaffed sites all over Tompkins County and beyond. Frozen turkeys will be available at the location and times listed for each site. Some sites are more flexible than others, but please do not ask me or the site host to adjust. Please choose a site you can make it to during pick up hours. 

Frozen turkeys left at a site cannot be retrieved and resold.

If you need to change a location or reschedule, email openspacescider@gmail.com by MONDAY at 5pm BEFORE your pick up.
