3C2A Tech Hub User Information Request
The State Office needs the following information to establish Salesforce Portal User accounts for each college to access the new Tech Hub. 
  • Athletic Director
  • Eligibility Specialist
Additional access accounts can be established for a fee to be announced at a later date. 

Note:  The individual submitting this information on behalf of the College the form will require your email so a copy of your responses can be sent to you for your campus records.
