If you need to cancel your registration, you must send the cancellation by email to office@resartis.org / Subject: Registration Cancellation.
- 20% of the fees will be retained if there is a cancellation more than 30 days prior to the Conference.
- 50% of the fees will be retained if there is a cancellation 30 - 10 days prior to the Conference.
- Last minute (less than 10 days) cancellation will not be refundable.
- Non-refundable in case of non-attendance.
- Conference participation is transferable to another person.
お申し込みをキャンセルされる場合はE-mailにてoffice@resartis.org（英語）/residence@kac.or.jp（日本語）まで、件名を「Registration Cancellation/申し込みキャンセル」としてご通知ください。
－ミーティング開始日の30日より前のキャンセルの場合は参加費の20％がキャンセル費としてかかります。
－ミーティング開始日の10日前から30日前の間のキャンセルの場合は参加費の50％がキャンセル料としてかかります。
－直前のキャンセル（10日より前）のキャンセルの場合は、全額がキャンセル料としてかかります。
－ご連絡なく出席されなかった場合は、返金できません。
－ミーティングの参加権は、他の方へ譲渡することができます。

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances (including cancellation because of lack of funding or other organisational disturbances), the meeting organisers hereby disclaim all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by attendants. The meeting organisers accept no liability for injuries/losses incurred by attendants and/or accompanying persons, nor for loss or damage to their luggage and/or personal belongings. Attendants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal, travel and health insurance. The meeting organisers reserve the right to alter information and conference venues at any time as deemed necessary. Every effort will be made to contact each attendant if such changes occur or if the conference is cancelled. / ミーティングの主催者は、運営組織上の混乱や予期せぬその他の状況（資金調達やその他の組織的な障害のための中止を含む）が発生した場合、出席者が被った損失や損害については一切の責任を負いません。ミーティング主催者は、出席者および/または同伴者が負った怪我/損失、荷物および/または身の回り品の紛失または損傷に対し、一切の責任を負いません。参加者は、個人保険、旅行保険、健康保険に関して独自に手配をすることが求められます。ミーティング主催者は、必要に応じ、いつでも情報や会議場を変更する権利を留保します。そのような変更が発生した場合、またはミーティングがキャンセルされた場合は、各参加者への通知をするために努力します。
