CLIA's 2019 Summer Leaders Program
Thank you for your interest in CLIA’s Summer Leaders Program!

This program was designed with you in mind along with the various activities impacting you in the City of Baltimore. CLIA is youth driven organization that develops young people to become leaders by connecting them to opportunities to amplify their voices, cultivate their skills, and actively participate in the process of creating positive community change.

Our Summer Leadership Institute is designed for any rising 11th or 12th grade Baltimore City high school student who is interested in furthering their leadership and advocacy skills. Through this dynamic summer program, we will continue to deepen the conversations and advocacy projects focusing on promoting positive community change that started throughout the year in students’ classes and our Youth Advisory Council.

This summer program will provide a six-week intensive training (July 1st-August 9th) for more youth to learn and put into practice valuable leadership and advocacy skills. From this group, we aim to grow youth leadership and focus that will benefit Baltimore City, the schools in which they study, and continue to inform the direction that CLIA will continue to take.
Thank you for applying and we look forward to meeting you.
