At Cameo Salon & Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests and stylists, we require a valid credit card to be kept on file to reserve any appointment.

Your card holds your appointment time and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, as outlined below.

Our 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, to respect the time of our stylists and other guests, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This allows us enough time to offer the appointment slot to another guest.

Fees for Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled services.
No-Shows: Guests who miss their appointment without providing any notice ("no-show") will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.

These charges will be applied to the card on file and are necessary to compensate our service providers for their lost opportunity.

Courtesy & Late Arrivals

Existing Guest First-Time Courtesy: We value your loyalty. We offer a one-time grace period for existing guests for their first cancellation made within the 24-hour window. This courtesy will be waived. (This courtesy does not apply to no-shows).
Late Arrivals: If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service. We will do our best, but you may be asked to reschedule, and the 50% late cancellation fee may apply.

Making Changes to Your Appointment

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, guests must call the salon at (813) 948-7411.
