KITE Online Mindfulness Session
Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of yourself, your body and your surroundings in the present moment. This practice is greatly helpful in day to day life but more so in the times of challenge like what we are facing now. This online mindfulness session is organized by the KITE Trainee Committee and is open to all UHN scientists, staff, and trainees.
