University High School Student Parking Permit Application
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARKING PERMITS:
• Complete the on-line application. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail you provide. Make sure it is a legitimate e-mail that you use regularly. It CANNOT be your IUSD Google Account.
• Print the confirmation e-mail and get signatures from a parent/guardian and you, the student.
• Bring the signed confirmation sheet along with a payment (check or cash) to one of the Security Team (Carlos Lopez or Alex Benavides). Security will be stationed at the 300 building during registration days (aug. 13, and 14). Credit Cards will need to be processed through the Student Activity Center (SAC).
• If you qualify by your spring attendance record, security will apply the parking permit to your first vehicle.

NOTE: Be sure to input information with accuracy. You will only be able to submit one application, so make sure it is correct.
