1. Sugar Land Ice Hockey Department reserves the right to change the day &/or time of practice/games/lessons. USA Hockey Membership is required.
2. Refunds and prorates may be considered if the player is injured and therefore cannot skate. Players who are suspended or ejected from any Sugar Land Ice & Sports programs are not entitled to a refund, exchange, or prorate of any kind.
3. Parent and skater assume all risk and danger incidental to ice skating in general, and the game of hockey in particular. These risks and dangers include, but are not limited to, the danger of being injured by pucks, hockey sticks, and other players. The parent or guardian also agrees that Sugar land Ice & Sports Center is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal property.
4. Full equipment required. NO EXCEPTIONS. Street hockey equipment is not acceptable.
5. All Participants in any Sugar Land Ice & Sports Center programs agree to be videotaped and/or photographed for
instructional and/or promotional purposes.
