The British Fantasy Awards are decided by jury. For each category, a group of 3-5 jurors read / watch / examine every entry on the final shortlist (4-6 titles), and then agree between themselves on the final winner.
It is anticipated that jurors will be selected in early June, able to access the shortlist materials by the end of June, and will have until the end of August to study the list and come to a decision.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BEING A JUROR?
- A willingness to review between 4-6 titles between June-August
- The ability to read materials in both paper and digital format
- A love of fantasy and a willingness to discuss and work with a team of like-minded people
If not already freely available online, all juror materials will be supplied free of charge.
