EVENT INFO: This event will be held OUTDOORS ONLY on Sundays. Vendor spaces are 10' x 10' Bring your own tent and table. There is a bathroom inside the venue available for use. No power hook up available. The event host will contact you the day prior to each event with a map of the venue and your spot number. For everyone's safety no one is to load out until 7:00pm. All trash is to be taken with you and all vendor equipment must be out of the venue no later than 7:30pm. No refunds for canceling. We will reschedule for rain! Organizer has the right to reject or expell anyone at any time for any reason. (Violation of event rules or guidelines and/or causing problems for costumers or other vendors.)
PARKING: Vehicles must find a parking spot during load-in and cannot block anyone. You may park in the Brambly lot, first come first serve. Please be mindful and courteous of other people's spots around you during load-in. Safety is our number one priority. When you arrive at Brambly, check in with Morgan, and have your spot number on hand.

VENDOR FEE: $60/event (plus transfer fees) Payment for this event is required to hold your spot and due no later than 1 week after acceptance email is sent. Payment instructions are sent once application is reviewed and the vendor is selected for the event. If we do not receive payment within 1 week of acceptance, we will offer the space to another vendor.
DISCOUNT: You can receive a discount of $50/event if you pay for at least 5 events in advance.
CANCELLATIONS: We will reschedule for rain! If Brambly Park closes the Park due to rain, we will move your fee to another date. No Refunds. Consult our Facebook and Instagram page for updates. VENDOR FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
BRING YOUR OWN: Cash, change, card readers, mobile device chargers, special lighting, packaging, bags, decorations, table cloths, displays and anything you will need to be successful at this event.
