2026 MiA Fest - Food Truck Submission
Please complete this Food Truck Form for consideration to participate in the 24th Annual Music is Art Festival. Food Trucks who are chosen to participate will be required to pay Music is Art a fee of $500 before August 15th, 2026. Typical attendance ranges between 25,000-30,000 throughout the day.

All food trucks must be onsite by 10:00am and ready to begin serving at 11:00am. We ask that food trucks stay until the close of the event at 11pm. Food trucks are responsible for their own Erie County Health Permits and any other applicable permits and insurances.  A $40 fee is already included in your participation fee for the City of Buffalo temporary stand permit, and Music is Art will obtain that permit on your behalf.

The Music is Art Festival is a “rain or shine” event. Music is Art is unable to provide electrical service. Please plan accordingly.

Food Trucks shall indemnify and hold harmless Music is Art, their respective agents, staff and volunteers for any and all liability for negligence which may arise as a result of the Music is Art Festival.

All food truck applications must be received by August 15, 2026. A food truck will be considered a participant upon receipt of this form, payment of the $500, and written confirmation via email from Music is Art. A submission is not a guaranteed spot, as we do our best to not repeat food items, and are subject to approval from the venue as well as Music is Art.
