Grant Writing Training Application
Thank you for your interest in participating in the first stand-alone Grant Writing Training sponsored by the Sickle Cell Community Consortium. This application is for Community Based Organizations (CBO's) who are Credentialed Partners with the Sickle Cell Community Consortium (SCCC) and are prepared to attend the training for BOTH days.

The training will take place immediately following the 4th Annual Leadership Summit & General Assembly of Patients, Caregivers, and CBO's,  on March 17-18, 2019 at Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta-Buckhead.  As part of the training, lodging will be provided with a check out date of March 19th.  If you are selected you MUST participate in the full two days.  This training is limited, so please answer all questions as fully as possible.

Two delegated are permitted to attend per CBO participant.

As part of The Grant Writing Training, your organization will be required to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) to SCCC.  You must submit the the LOI by 5pm EST, on March 1st. If selected, you will receive an email regarding the details for this mock LOI session, including information on the Funding Project.
