LCE Room Parent Form
Thank you for volunteering to be a Room Parent at LCE for the 2019/2020 School Year. One duty of a Room Parent is to relay information from the PTO to your fellow classroom parents via email. Please input your information below so that we can have your contact information on file. PLEASE REMEMBER WHEN EMAILING PARENTS TO PLACE ALL EMAIL ADDRESSES IN THE BCC FIELD IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN PRIVACY.
The duties and responsibilities of a Room Parent can vary from teacher to teacher so be sure to discuss expectations with your individual teacher. Lastly, please plan to attend the first General PTO Meeting on September 11th at 5:45pm in the cafeteria. At this meeting you will learn about school events and volunteer opportunities as well as meet Principal Lloyd, PTO Board Officers and other parents. This meeting will include a brief Volunteer Orientation and information for Room Parents. If possible, it is best to make other arrangements for your children that evening and not bring them to the meeting.
