Basic Necessary Requirements :

1) Leadership + Communication

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills and diplomacy, ability of speaking with tact and confidence, even in the most sensitive of situations.

2) Working Under Pressure/extreme situations.

Ability to handle extreme and pressurizing conditions, from working long hours outdoors, tackling urgent last-minute tasks, to executing responsibilities under strict deadlines.

3) Endurance & Commitment

Willingness to work in challenging situations where resources may be limited, deadlines are tight, and performance expectations are high and consistent in delivering results, regardless of stress or setbacks.

4) Prove Your Post

Every role comes with accountability. You must justify the position you apply for through dedication, discipline, and hard work.

5) Additional Requirement for School Students :

A No Objection Certificate (NOC): A permission letter from parents stating they have no objection to your involvement with Uthan.
