I realize this is an expensive piece of equipment and I will do my best to care for it as such. If at any time during the course of the loan or use I discover a malfunction in the iPad, I will return it immediately to the library for inspection. I will be responsible for any repair costs of this iPad if it is damaged or lost during the loan period. This charge will be billed to my student account.
If I utilize a passcode on the device, I will surrender the passcode to the library personnel upon my return of the device or will remove the passcode and/or reset the device (“Erase All Content and Settings”).
