Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of a NH Governor's Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs Task Force!

Please review the Governor's Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs Task Force Responsive Structure document, also available at the nhcenterforexcellence.org/governors-commission webpage, to understand the duties of the task forces prior to submitting this statement of interest form.
Task Force meetings will be held 4-6 times each year with schedules to be determined at the start of each calendar year.
Task Force members are expected to attend all meetings in person for the group to reach a quorum. Meetings are held in Concord with a virtual option for extenuating circumstances.
Stipends for time and travel may be available.

This form is open year-round and will be reviewed as needed by Task Force Co-Chairs. If a Task Force has a seat available, co-chairs may review submissions to fill the vacancy. Please note that a vacant seat is not required to be filled, and interest does not guarantee a seat on any Task Force.
