Extremicon Cosplay Contest 2025 Registration Form
You must fill out the Extremicon Cosplay Contest Registration Form in order to participate in the cosplay contest. There are 3 categories: children (12 & under), Apprentice (new to cosplay or no awards won), Master (won awards previously or high caliber creation experience). Please direct any questions to the Cosplay Contest Coordinator (Elizabeth & Jeff Wofford) via the Extremicon facebook page or in person at Extremicon. 

You must be present for your prejudging time (that will be assigned when you check in at Extremicon at the Wofford Family Cosplay booth) AND for the Cosplay Contest.

Parker has cosplayed for 4 years & loves to portray both DC & Marvel characters! Parker made this particular costume solely from old curtains & duct tape. It only took them 5 hours to put it all together!")
Costume Creation *
Did you make or purchase your costume? What parts are you particularly proud of? Anything special that you want the judges to know? 

*There is no penalty for purchasing your costume, but some parts must be done by the cosplayer (even if it's makeup/details/etc). Be prepared to discuss the construction/details of the costume. Do let the judges know what parts of the costume you made during prejudging.
