Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Day of Service with Post 9274 #STILLSERVING
Join Post 9274 for the Inaugural VFW Day of Service.  We will continue our service in support of the Afghan translators and refugees who resettled in our community and the grassroots organizations that support them.

On Saturday, May 7th, from 1pm to 5pm we will gather at Husayn for Humanity's warehouse at the basement of the Imam Ali Center in Springfield, VA where we will help with donation sorting.  We will have two stations, one station will help with clothes sorting and warehouse clean up.  The second station will help create grocery boxes that will be delivered to recently resettled families.

This is a family event.

Please bring out your family and friends to join forces in service to create a more resilient community and to help our Afghan allies succeed.
