- serving at Rocksteady is a fast-paced, fun position!
- you will attend to the needs of the guests, provide an enjoyable experience for the guests, be knowledgeable in our products, and embrace opportunities for upselling products
- obtaining a employee permit to serve alcohol is required to be a server at Rocksteady Pizza Parlour.
- you must be at least 18 years of age to obtain an employee permit to serve
Host
- hosts greet guests at the door, and provide a warm welcome
- hosts seat guests at tables, based on a server rotation and sometimes a section chart
- hosts answer phone calls, receive takeout orders, and take payments for orders
- hosts will open doors for guests when possible
