This application consists of a number of sections. Each section must be completed.

In general, the form asks you to show that:

• You are eligible to stand in the election (according to the Constitution of Australia)
• You are eligible to stand for the AJP (according to our criteria)
• We have your details
• You have the right kind of motivation, qualifications and experience
• You complete a probity declaration
• You have three referees
• You agree to the terms and conditions that the party sets for candidates and representatives
• You sign a declaration that all the information is true and correct
