Minimum purchase of four copies of A Creative Place by organization for resale ($250.00 with additional $30.00 shipping fee, if applicable) OR Speakers Fee of $100.00 per Individual

For destinations over 50 miles of speakers’ location, $0.625 per mile reimbursement will be added to speakers fee

For certain destinations, an overnight hotel and meals may be added to speakers fee

Organization should anticipate a minimum of fifteen attendees at proposed program
