Downtown Evanston is hosting four Thursday Night Markets at Fountain Square this year, and we'd like to offer you the opportunity to participate! The markets will take place from
5-8PM on the first Thursday of each month:
June 5, July 10, August 7 and September 4. Please complete this form indicating your top two (2) preferred market dates.
Due to increased interest, each vendor can only participate in 2 markets this year. The markets on July 10, August 7 and September 4 will be hosted in conjunction with our Downtown Summer Sounds concert series which includes a stage with live music, food trucks, beverage tents, and children's art activities.
Vendors are required to have their table/tent set up by 4:30PM (access to tables starting at 2:30PM). Please note that vendors will be able to drive onto Sherman Avenue to unload between 2:30-4PM, but the streets will be closed to vehicles between 4-8:30PM. Downtown Evanston will provide each vendor with an 8 ft table and 2 folding chairs. We have red table cloths available on a first come basis. 10x10 tents are allowed but must be weighted down at each corner.
Businesses that do not have a brick-and-mortar business in downtown Evanston are required to pay a $25 fee per market. We will send an invoice when we finalize the dates of your participation. In the event of weather cancellations, we will inform everyone by 12PM. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reschedule the markets.
