Awesome Con 2018 Programming Requests
Are you passionate about comics, toys, anime, video games, movies, television, science, etc.? Do you love sharing your knowledge and passion with others? Then you're just the person we're looking for! We're looking for interesting and fun programming for Awesome Con 2018 and would love to involve you!

DEADLINE: All applications must be submitted by 11:59PM on December 29, 2017. Late applications will not be accepted under any circumstance. Applicants will be notified by January 25, 2018 of their application status.

PANELIST BENEFITS: Complimentary panelist badges that are good for the entire weekend of the show. (If you would like different passes such as VIP Passes, you may purchase them separately. In keeping with Awesome Con's ticket policies, all sales on passes are final and cannot be refunded.)

PLEASE NOTE: This application does not guarantee you programming time at Awesome Con 2018 and only registers your request to present programming at our event. Awesome Con DOES NOT pay speaking fees nor does it cover travel, lodging, or meals.

TECHNICAL REMINDER: Each room will come equipped with a projector, a VGA or HDMI connector (to be specified closer to the show), a screen, and an audio patch. Please note that Awesome Con does not provide laptops for presentations. It is the responsibility of the panelists to provide their own laptop and any other cables required to connect their equipment to the provided AV.

Panel Length Agreement
I understand that panels at Awesome Con are 45 minutes with 15 minutes before for set-up and 15 minutes after for breakdown. I understand that I may request additional time for my panel, but it may not be possible to accommodate.
Room Set-Up Agreement
I understand that the room will be set in a theater set-up with a head table table and six chairs on a stage at the front of the room.
