Lights On is a staff exchange/training opportunity for young cultural professionals created by the European Network of Cultural Centres (ENCC). It starts with an online kick-off in April 2024, then the seminar takes place on May 13th-17th, followed by a week-long exchange with another cultural organisation between June and October.

To apply, you must be under 35 and work in a cultural organisation in a European country that is part of the Creative Europe programme.
