Ability First Adapted Sports Retreat Registration
This form is to show your interest in Ability First's Adapted Sports Retreat from June 16th-19th, 2022. Upon completion of this survey you will receive an email from our team with additional information, as well as any updates between now and the retreat.

Though we will be keeping the spirit of our traditional Camp, this will be a brand new experience. We are welcoming all ages of participants. This includes youth (accompanied by a parent or guardian), Camp alumni, and any adult with a physical disability.

Ability First has secured a room block with a reduced rate at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Chico. We encourage all participants to stay here during the Retreat. We will be holding evening activities at and around the hotel. Local participants are also welcome to stay at the hotel, though every participant is welcome to join in all activities even if not staying at the hotel. We suggest arriving on Wednesday the 15th (check in after 4:00pm) to be prepared for morning activities beginning on Thursday.

Participants (or parent/guardians) will be responsible for transportation to and from the hotel and
activities. We will do our best to coordinate carpools, rideshares and other accommodations, but it is important for each individual or family to plan for transportation. The detailed schedule will be released shortly, but you can prepare for the following:

Morning activities - 9:00 - 11:30am
Lunch 11:30 -1:00pm
Evening Activities - 1:30-4:30pm
Peer to peer and group activities to follow

Retreat Fees-

Retreat Fees per participant - $500
Hotel Fees ($156.00 per night X 4 nights) $624.00

Retreat expenses this year will cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with all of our sports activities. Hotel expenses are NOT included in our Retreat fees. Please detail any barriers that you might have with the fees. We cannot promise scholarships like previous years, but we will do our best!
